DivotData should be usable by golfers, coaches, and facilities who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, captions, readable contrast, or alternative support paths.

Accessibility commitment
DivotData is working to make its website, app surfaces, upload flow, generated Divot Cards, legal pages, and support paths accessible to people with disabilities.
The current technical benchmark is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. WCAG 2.2 also supports WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.0 alignment, which helps with ADA Title III expectations and European accessibility readiness when DivotData offers covered services to consumers in the EU.
What this statement covers
This statement covers getdivotdata.com and DivotData-controlled web app pages. It does not control third-party simulator software, launch monitors, app stores, payment providers, authentication providers, coaches, facilities, exported files created by users, or third-party websites linked from DivotData.
Current measures
Use semantic headings, labels, keyboard-focus states, and visible focus indicators for core navigation and forms.
Keep public legal and product pages reachable from the footer and usable on desktop and mobile layouts.
Use alt text or accessible names for meaningful images, icons, and controls where DivotData controls the content.
Avoid relying on color alone for important card, warning, and status information.
Review upload errors, missing-metric warnings, data-quality warnings, and manual review fallbacks so they are written in plain language.
Known limitations
DivotData is a beta product, and some advanced app workflows may still need keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, or motion testing.
Some simulator exports, pasted tables, uploaded files, and generated data tables may depend on the structure and quality of user-provided files.
Third-party videos, simulator documentation, launch-monitor software, authentication flows, app-store surfaces, and external links may not meet the same accessibility target.
Export tutorial videos, if enabled, may need caption, transcript, or audio-description review before they are relied on as the only way to understand an upload workflow.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access a page, form, upload control, Divot Card, video, or legal notice, contact support@getdivotdata.com with the page URL, the issue, your browser or device, and any assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it.
DivotData aims to acknowledge accessibility requests within 10 business days and provide a reasonable alternative way to get the information or complete the action while the issue is reviewed.
No accessibility overlay
DivotData does not treat an accessibility widget or overlay as a substitute for accessible design, testing, remediation, and user support.
Updates
This statement will be updated as DivotData completes additional accessibility testing, fixes known issues, adds videos or downloadable content, changes service providers, or expands into covered legal regimes.
